Job Description:
We are is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The Office Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth office functioning by handling clerical tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent organizational skills, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.


• Greet visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a friendly and professional reception.


• Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.


• Order and manage office supplies, ensuring availability for all team members.


• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including distribution.


• Support the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.


• Schedule and organize meetings, conference calls, and appointments.


• Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the office manager.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless office operations.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.


• Previous experience in office administration or clerical roles is a plus.


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Dependable and punctual, with a positive attitude.
