Description
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions delivers a waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-themed resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center.
We are inviting you to apply for the Meeting Services Manager position. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the successful execution of events in the resort’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest services and attain financial profitability.
We require that you have background, consisting of one year of direct related experience, or any equivalent combination of experience and training in events management, hotel/resort, sales and/or conference services.

- Attention to detail when managing groups
- Detailed knowledge of the practices and procedures of the Resort and Convention Center
- Ability to understand sales booking systems and Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
- Salesforce Advanced and Visual 1 (V1) preferred, but not required
