The IT Supply Chain and Inventory Specialist I - is responsible for all aspects of supply chain operations and logistics, including order processing, shipping/receiving, maintaining accurate inventory levels, communication with vendors, billing, cost allocation and reporting. This role may work with other business units to ensure the day-to-day business needs are achieved.

The IT Supply Chain and Inventory Specialist I - is responsible for all aspects of supply chain operations and logistics, including order processing, shipping/receiving, maintaining accurate inventory levels, communication with vendors, billing, cost allocation and reporting. This role may work with other business units to ensure the day-to-day business needs are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple functions of supply chain management, including procurement, inventory control, logistics, and distribution.
- Responsible for processing, scheduling, and receiving shipments of equipment and/or part orders.
- Maintain accurate billing and allocation of equipment/ part orders.
- Adhere to the Bank IT asset policies to maintain uninterrupted flow of equipment.
- Maintain the asset management database and perform scheduled audits on stock levels and provide asset reporting to management.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; proven ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem solving and follow up skills.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Ability to follow directions and apply proper policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience
- 1+ years supply chain/ inventory experience required.
- 2+ years IT hardware asset experience preferred.
- Understanding of general accounting concepts preferred.
- Banking or financial services industry experience preferred.
- Associates degree in Business Administration, IT, or other related field preferred.
- Supply Chain Management Certificates is preferred.
- Full-Time.
- None.

- Conditions may involve lifting up-to 40 pounds, sitting most of the time, but may involve walking, moving, bending, or standing for brief periods, and frequent lifting and carrying boxes, equipment, office supplies, etc.
