We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Data Analyst to join our Product Operations team. You will be responsible for analyzing product data, generating insights, and helping to define KPIs that guide product management decisions. This role is a critical link between data-driven insights and the product team, ensuring product strategies are backed by robust data.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze product performance, user behavior, and feature adoption metrics to provide actionable insights to the product team.
  • KPIs & Metrics: Work closely with Product Managers and Product Operations to define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across the product portfolio.
  • Dashboards & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into product performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiencies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various platforms and tools, identifying gaps or areas of improvement in data collection methods.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or product management roles.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar.
  • Ability to translate complex data sets into clear and actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to present data and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
