Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a passion for building scalable and reliable core services. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining systems that serve as the backbone of our platform, which supports various product teams and divisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to technical decisions and ensuring the high quality and performance of the services you help build.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain core services that support multiple teams and product divisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure alignment across various teams.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of services.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews.
• Drive technical decision-making, ensuring the use of best practices and appropriate technologies.
• Quickly adapt to learning and integrating new languages, tools, and frameworks as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production environments.
  
  

Requirements:

• Senior-level proficiency in at least one of the following languages:
• C#
• Ruby
• Node.js
• PHP
• Strong adaptability in learning new programming languages and technologies.
• Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining large-scale systems.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of database management systems, both relational and NoSQL.

Salary: $90,000-$110,000
