What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide first-level response to clients via phone, portal, and other modes of incoming contacts
• Resolve technical problems and information technology issues for desktop, laptop, or network services
• Ensure timely resolution of issues or escalate to appropriate technical support personnel
• Support Service Desk service level metrics and Service Management Access Specialist functions
• Collect and manage minimum data sets of required information efficiently
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships within the organization and external entities
• Proficiency in typing at least 45 words per minute
• Familiarity with a service desk environment and demonstrated ability to support applications and/or technology via phone, email, or chat
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Excel, Exchange, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, or Word
