Job Description:
Under the direction of parts manager, provide parts assistance to retail wholesalers and internal customers in a pleasant and timely manner. Answer parts telephone calls and assist as needed; being proactive to resolve any problems quickly.

- Shipping / receiving warehouse items for the parts department.
- Communicate with management and staff on all issues.
- May drive to pick up incoming stock or pick up and deliver parts to units in other building or locations.
- Treat members of the public in a courteous manner.
- Work in cooperative and professional manner with all personnel and conform to the company’s policy and non-discrimination and harassment.
- Maintain and professional demeanor when on the job.
- Perform other tasked as assigned.
