Senior Collections Manager

Job Description

Lead the Enterprise Service Center (ESC) Collections Department, ensuring timely and accurate execution of collection strategies. Leverage technology to drive improvements and achieve results, while consistently partnering with the business to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, monitor and create (if necessary) collection strategies in OCF
• Mentor and supervise Collections Team
• Collaborate with Billing Account Support Services (BASS) Team, Billing, and when required, Operations and FP&A
• Provide exceptional customer service skills
• Monitor relevant KPI's for the Collection process and develop action plans to constantly improve them
• Ensure a culture of continuous improvement is always present across all levels of the Collections Team
• Participate when required in any project transformation related to Collections
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in Collections
• College degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is required.
• 5 or more years of experience with SOX compliance
• Knowledge of ASC 606 preferred
• 7-10 years of experience with JDE or OCF
• Six Sigma preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
