Ability to use tools and equipment required to perform job duties.

- Performs cleaning procedures in accordance with facility Guidelines and as requested by residents/patients and approved by management.
- Operates housekeeping equipment safely.
- Observes waste disposal procedures in accordance with Company Guidelines.
- Provides on-site immediate response to those prospective residents or family members who come to the Company for information.
- Uses housekeeping supplies efficiently.
- Prioritizes and manages time effectively.
- Observes waste disposal procedures in accordance with Company Guidelines.
- Assist with proper care of housekeeping equipment and identifies and reports any equipment malfunction to the manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
- Takes steps necessary to produce excellent work in any task or job that is assigned.
