Automotive Technician – Full-Time

Location: 86 Olympia Drive, Newark, NJ 07114

Compensation: $30.00/hour (Shift Premium May Apply)

Your Responsibilities

As an Automotive Technician, you will take charge of essential repairs across a variety of vehicle brands and models. With minimal supervision, you will handle:

• Routine maintenance like oil changes, lubrication, and tire repairs
• Warranty repairs based on your skill level
• Assisting experienced mechanics with more advanced repair work

What You Bring

• A Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• 2+ years of auto repair experience or relevant coursework
• At least 1 ASE certification (with the ability to acquire 2 more within the first year)
• In-depth knowledge in ASE-certified areas, including Engine Repair, Drive Train, Brakes, Electrical, and more
• A complete set of tools for auto repair and maintenance
• Basic computer skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the hands-on demands of automotive repair
• 18 years of age or older, with legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Prior experience with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is a plus
