We are looking for a Product Owner to direct product development and ensure high delivery of value to customers and the business. You will implement customer feedback into features and drive the product development process from start to finish. To succeed in this role, you should be a perceptive and creative leader and a reliable problem-solver. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior executive management and cross-functional teams to capture, define, and prioritize features, functions, and product vision, building a comprehensive digital marketing product roadmap.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features and updates, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead the product development team through agile iterations, establishing clear success metrics and ensuring accountability for delivering optimal solutions.
• Engage stakeholders and conduct discovery sessions to identify new opportunities for innovation in the digital marketing space.
• Serve as the go-to product and technology expert, collaborating with design and engineering on prototyping, usability testing, and implementation.
• Partner with design to create mocks and prototypes that align with the product roadmap and support usability testing and engineering feasibility.
• Balance customer experience, technical feasibility, and business priorities to drive effective product decisions.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear, compelling value propositions for clients.
  
  

Required Experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams, including geographically distributed software engineering teams, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and delivering high-value results.
• Team player and exceptional time management skills.
• A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
• Experience working in an innovative, fast-paced environment that focuses on cutting-edge digital marketing solutions.
• Experience building roadmaps, managing product backlogs, and working closely with software development teams.
• Familiarity with the Agile framework and Atlassian Suite
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management with a record of accomplishment of bringing Agile software products to market.
• 3+ years' experience within a digital marketing / advertising company.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
