Physical Therapy Technician/

Position

Are you a college student and looking to get into the health professions? We are hiring part-time PT aides to support a busy outpatient physical therapy clinic focused on getting people back to their lives! We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who would like to join an environment that focuses on collaboration, personal growth, and the patient experience. Come gain experience and insight into the health fields, working alongside expert clinicians.

The ideal candidate

• High school diploma
• Working towards associates/Bachelors degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Assist the front-desk coordinator in answering the phone, scheduling patients
• Greet patients kindly and notify therapist of their arrival
• Assist in collection of patient intake information to complete insurance verification
• Collect co-payments and patient balances
• Keep the clinic clean and organized
• Prepare treatment rooms/areas and escort patients
• Assist in providing exercise-based treatments, under the direct supervision of the therapist
• Display a caring and helpful attitude to visitors, physicians, patients, and staff
• Assist with the gym exercise program for adult bridge/wellness programs
  
  
  

Clinic is open Monday through Friday, closed on weekends and for most major holidays.
