Job Summary
We seek a skilled Data Analyst with strong SQL expertise to support our Data Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SQL, data warehousing concepts, experience with data visualization tools, and familiarity with Jira. This role requires the ability to work during US office hours.

We seek a skilled Data Analyst with strong SQL expertise to support our Data Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SQL, data warehousing concepts, experience with data visualization tools, and familiarity with Jira. This role requires the ability to work during US office hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Use SQL to extract, clean, and analyze data from data warehouses and other sources to provide insights on incident trends and performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to give the Management team real-time visibility into key metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the IT teams to support Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Utilize SQL for ad-hoc analysis and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
- Work with Jira and other tools to track, report, and visualize incident data effectively.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with advanced SQL skills.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Excel.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience querying data warehouses using SQL.
- Familiarity with Jira and incident tracking/reporting processes.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate data insights effectively.
- Ability to work during US office hours.
