Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent across various industries. As a key member of our startup, you will have the opportunity to shape our recruitment strategies and contribute to our company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, cold calling) to identify and attract candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized database of candidates and manage the recruitment pipeline effectively.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with candidates and clients to promote long-term partnerships.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (internships included) or interest in a fast paced sales environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• A passion for helping others and a genuine interest in matching candidates with their ideal roles.
