Prospective walk-on coaches whether paid or unpaid are required to fill out a detailed online application and list positive references that confirm qualifications and recent successful work and coaching experiences. If you submitted an application under the direction of a school site Principal, Athletic Director or Activities Director, please contact Human Resources at (909)397-4800, ext. 23800 for an update on the status of your application and recruitment. A Coach/advisor shall not begin rendering any services in either a paid or non-paid District position, (coach, advisor, other support work, etc.), nor have any contact with any students nor participate as an advisor or coach in any meetings, practices, workouts, or contests until coach/advisor has been completely cleared to do so and informed of such clearance by Human Resources. New hire paperwork, background checks and employment clearances for new hires, rehires and volunteers are coordinated and distributed by the district's Human Resources office during the recruitment process. The provisions of this announcement do not constitute an expressed or implied contract, and any provisions contained in this announcement may be modified or revoked without notice. Employment is contingent upon fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice. Fingerprints will be taken at the time the position is accepted. There is a fee of $63.00 for fingerprinting. Payment is due at the time of service in the form of a money order, cashier's check or cash - PERSONAL CHECKS NOT ACCEPTED. - Certificate Copy (Valid NFHS Heat Illness Prevention Training Certificate)
- Certification (Valid NFHS Fundamental of Coaching Training Certificate, if returning as a High School coach.)
- CPR/First Aid Certification (Valid certificates approved by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association are accepted; on-line training courses are not accepted.)
- Health (Valid NFHS Concussion In Sports Training Certificate)
