The Association of South Bay Surgeons is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with key business leaders, including a VP of Design, Rentals, and two Senior Directors of Experience Design. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional organizational skills, enabling them to support multiple executives effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex scheduling and calendars for executives across various time zones
- Prioritize numerous requests and incoming communications, ensuring the appropriate level of urgency is addressed
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align schedules with strategic priorities
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, including logistics and documentation
- Organize major departmental meetings and morale-boosting events
- Maintain effective communication and relationships across all departments
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks and support small to medium-sized projects as needed
- Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting multiple executives in a high-tech or start-up environment
- Strong ability to multitask and work independently while managing shifting deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Slack, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Slides)
- Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, supporting executives in a fast-paced setting
- High level of professionalism in interactions with senior professionals
- Comfort in navigating ambiguity and making sound judgments quickly

Compensation And Benefits
- The standard hourly pay range for this role in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, and Washington is \(34.30 - \)54.70.
- This position is also eligible for equity awards based on individual performance, experience, and location.
- Additional benefits include health insurance, dental and vision coverage, paid time off, and parental leave.
