- End date EOY with possibility of extension into 2025 once budget is confirmed
- Fully remote (EST/ CST working hours preferred)
- Standard business hours
- Primary responsibilities of this position include supporting Document Management process and troubleshooting user issues.
- Provides metrics, runs reports, supports user testing for document management systems.
- Supports management of SOPs and other controlled documents.
- Supports management of Quality Agreements related to DMS. Supports management of DMS knowledge share site.
- Quality assurance or manufacturing experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- High school/GED + 2 years work experience
- Associate + 6 months work experience
- Bachelor
- Strong quality knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience working cross functionality
- Strong technical knowledge.
