Responsibilities

• To Maintain rental fleet accurately in Tekion and TSD/Ontrac systems.
• To rent cars out to customers and accurately account for logging in/out, mileage, and gas
• To ensure guests provide proper documentation ex: DL, Insurance, Credit Card
• To run weekly and daily reports as directed
• To maintain the scanning of service and parts invoices and verifying for accuracy
• Scan office payables and deposits daily
• To Collect payments from guests who are paying with cash/check and help with over flow of phone calls as needed
• Provide general information to guests as needed
• Tend to the customer lounge area, coffee bar by ordering supplies when needed and ensure tidiness
• file, perform data entry, train other staff members and other clerical tasks as needed
• Any other additional duties assigned by the office manager and or service manager
