HR Business Partner

The VP, HR Business Partner, will report to a Sr. HR Business Partner. This VP will contribute to the creation and execution of the company-wide culture and employee experience. This individual will work with multiple business lines to provide consulting support for a full range of HR services including management consulting, employee relations, employee development, compensation management, organizational development, talent acquisition, and talent management. This individual will be a leader within the Human Resources function across Eastern.
Requirements
- :Partner with Senior Business Leaders of the organization to align business and talent strategies to achieve company objectives
- .Maintain an effective level of knowledge about the business unit and understanding of its goals, culture, and competition
- .Interpret data and metrics to analyze people issues and trends; identify solutions as needed
- .Participate in establishing plans to effectively communicate business strategies and objectives and implementing change initiatives designed to support those goals
- .Work with managers at all levels of the organization to implement and lead initiatives related to employee engagement and employee development
- .Consult with management on human resource-related issues. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
- .Provide expertise, guidance and coaching to leaders in managing and resolving highly sensitive and complex employee relations matters
- .Provide project management and support process improvement within the Human Resources department
- .Assess and anticipate HR related needs and communicate needs proactively within HR and business management to develop integrated solutions
- .Formulate partnerships across the HR function and with line management, and employees to deliver value-added service
