Documentation Specialist Details

• Temporary position
• $ 17.00 to $ 19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
• Process and distributing accounts payable mail such as invoices, return checks, statements
• Handle outgoing checks and audit reports following specific procedures/policies
• Working closely with AP team to identify and resolve issues and discrepancies
• Providing superior customer service to internal and external customers
• Doing all work activities with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
  
  

Documentation Specialist Qualifications

• 1-2 years related office/accounting/ payment handling experience
• Experience using office equipment (printer, computers and scanners) and MS Office software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to quickly learn processes to perform duties accurately
• HS Diploma or GED required, lifting 10-25 lbs on occasion when needed
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
