Roles & Responsibilities

  • Shuttle customers to and from home/work while their car is being repaired
  • Assist with filling and other office duties
  • Hand washing/vacuuming vehicles
  • Run customer's cars through the car wash
  • Assist with other guests during high traffic times in the service drive
  • Pick up parts if needed
  • Move vehicles for technicians
  • Keep service aisle neat and orderly
  • Answer phones in the service department
  • Greet customers on the service drive
  • Work as a cohesive member of the service team to direct customers, handle customer relations, and serve as a liaison between the customer and the advisors.
  • Filing repair orders
  • Other miscellaneous duties as requested
