We are looking for a well organized and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support our Director of SSI. This exciting role requires excellent attention to detail, great organization and prioritization skills, the ability to plan ahead and to meet tight deadlines, all while juggling multiple critical requests.

Basic Qualifications
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. - Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities, and calendars
- Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements
- Planning executive Domestic and International Travel
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items
- Participate in planning of key meetings and events

Basic Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience working with large global teams
- Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Experience with end-to-end project management
- Experience with work space planning/management
- Experience supporting science and tech functions
