Area Hospice Executive Director
Responsible for leading multiple hospice programs in the Kansas / Missouri areas, supporting / mentoring site level leaders: from staffing and hiring to budgets, leadership and marketing oversight, responsible for implementing company policy and mission by maintaining and meeting set standards and goals, and assuring the long-term fiscal viability of multiple hospice program in the Houston and surrounding areas.
As The Area Executive Director, You Will
Responsible for leading multiple hospice programs in the Kansas / Missouri areas, supporting / mentoring site level leaders: from staffing and hiring to budgets, leadership and marketing oversight, responsible for implementing company policy and mission by maintaining and meeting set standards and goals, and assuring the long-term fiscal viability of multiple hospice program in the Houston and surrounding areas.
As The Area Executive Director, You Will
- Oversee & support the site level / branch management of each hospice program.
- Assist in the development of annual branch budgets and monitor expenditures.
- Analyze gross profit factors, market conditions, business volume/mix, competition and operational costs.
- Ensure continued branch growth, delivery of quality patient care, staff & client satisfaction, and maintaining the fiscal viability of each agency, watching all KPI's / Metrics.
- Local candidates preferred, with current hospice or home health leadership experience and exceptional local market knowledge.
- Will consider candidates with current hospice or home health leadership experience and exceptional local market knowledge.
- Multi-site hospice or home health leadership required (2 or more)
- Registered Nurse Preferred but flexible for the right candidate.
- Minimum of five (5) years in hospice operations management
- Minimum of two (1) year multi-site hospice or home health leadership experience (2 or more).
- Experience with budgetary responsibilities including budget development and monitoring KPI's / Metrics
- Broad knowledge of federal and state regulations/administration
- Outstanding leadership, managerial skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and assertiveness skills
