We are seeking a dynamic QA Analyst for this new opportunity with our premier client. The QA Analyst will oversee the testing phase of the production process to ensure final deliverables meet company standards.
What You Bring To The Role. (Ideal Experience)
- Experience designing test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
- Experience executing various testing strategies including, but not limited to, functional testing, values testing, regression testing, black/white/grey box testing, smoke testing, and automated testing.
- Experience documenting system and product defects and validating post-defect resolutions.
- Experience creating and maintaining QA artifacts.
- Communicate the status of ongoing work internally within the team and externally with clients, where applicable.
- Experience in the Insurance Industry specifically with Policy Admin Systems.
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile development methodologies and concepts preferred.
- Experience working in Azure DevOps preferred.
- Ability to collaborate / mentor others.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to effectively balance deadlines with the need for efficient and effective solutions that have an eye to the future.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
