Key Responsibilities:
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and on time.
- Reconcile payroll taxes and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Review and audit benefit accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Handle garnishments, leave of absence (LOA), and workers' compensation claims.
- Utilize UKG/Kronos for payroll processing and management.
- Proficiency in UKG/Kronos.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing for multiple states.
- Experience in reconciling payroll taxes.
- Ability to review and audit benefit accounts.
- Knowledge of handling garnishments, LOA, and workers' compensation.
- Minimum of 2 years of payroll processing experience.
- Preferably experienced in the construction industry payroll.
- Competitive pay $33.-38.00 an hour and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, flex spending accounts and more.
