The Assistant Nursing Home Administrator works in collaboration with the Nursing Home Administrator to provide excellence in care delivery, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

The Assistant Nursing Home Administrator works in collaboration with the Nursing Home Administrator to provide excellence in care delivery, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all non-clinical departments of the facility to ensure efficient daily operations of the facility.
- Work in collaboration with the Administrator and the Director of Nurses to positively impact the facility and obtain organizational goals.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and the community
- Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement among staff

- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous Experience as a Assistant Nursing Home Administrator preferred
- Nursing Home Administrator license in CT(or willingness to work toward that goal)
- Commitment to resident-centered care and excellence in healthcare delivery
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
