Manage patient appointments and schedule follow-up visits
Greet and check-in patients in a warm and professional manner
Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries
Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance billing
Collect patient payments and handle financial transactions
Maintain patient records and update patient information as needed
Assist with treatment coordination and patient referrals
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care
Requirements
Prior experience in a dental setting required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Customer service-oriented mindset and ability to handle patient concerns with empathy
Knowledge of dental insurances and billing processes is a plus
