Receptionist

Department: Mark Rink

Location: Beaumont, TX

Compensation: $17.85 - $25.00 / hour

• Greet visitors and clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to.


• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls in a courteous and timely manner.


• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.


• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.


• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.


• Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment.


• Provide assistance to team members with special projects as needed.


• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or office training is a plus.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
