What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Ensure timely collection and verification of practitioner expirables, including state licensure and malpractice insurance
• Maintain an accurate physician database and conduct data entry to track licensure and other expirables
• Communicate regularly with relevant stakeholders regarding expiring documents impacting practitioners' ability to practice
• Participate in process improvement activities by tracking errors and complaints
• Uphold confidentiality of sensitive information related to patients and staff
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma/GED plus two years of post-high school education, training, or experience
• One year of work experience in a healthcare environment with general knowledge of the industry
• Knowledge and understanding of NCQA and TJC standards, NPDB guidelines, and licensing regulations
• Strong communication skills, including verbal and written correspondence
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment

• Experience with database organization and management
• Familiarity with report generating languages and proficiency in Windows-based software
• Strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
