- Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Friday: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
- Provide direct support to Construction Coordinators
- Participate in all project phases, compiling comprehensive AS BUILT packets
- Act as a check and balance for the Finance Department, reconciling production maps with billed amounts
- Advise Construction Coordinators on billing discrepancies to ensure proper project reconciliation
- Maintain and update in-house records and spreadsheets for construction project statuses
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Smartsheet
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Knowledge of aerial and underground cable plant construction and design (coax & fiber)
- Capability to work independently and accept direction on assignments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- 1-3 years of Cable Construction experience
- 1-3 years of Administrative experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
