Overview Of The Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Superintendent to lead the daily operations of construction projects within a dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring projects adhere to plans, specifications, and safety protocols, whilst making a significant impact on both small and large-scale projects that enhance community infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations of assigned construction projects, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
• Manage and inspire a team of concrete construction personnel, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
• Supervise all aspects of concrete work, from placement to curing and quality control.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and inspectors to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Identify potential issues early and implement solutions to minimize delays and enhance efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities, including material usage and labor hours.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations on site.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address identified hazards promptly.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in concrete construction supervision.
• Proven track record of leading and completing concrete projects on time and within budget.
• Expertise in concrete placement, finishing, curing, and quality control procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Attention to detail and dedication to high-quality standards.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to a secure work environment.
• California C-10 Concrete License is a plus.
