Responsibilities But Not Limited To

  • Assist in coordinating recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Provide HR support to regional stores, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and other administrative assistance.
  • Assist with employee onboarding procedures to ensure a smooth and effective transition for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records within the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the payroll process by verifying timekeeping data.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, covering various tasks and functions as needed.
  • Handle customer accident reports, documenting incidents, and ensuring appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Manage various risk management related data.

Qualifications / Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or the related field is required
  • Basic knowledge of COBRA, diversity/EEO, FMLA, and related state and federal regulations is preferred and must have a strong intellectual curiosity to stay informed against complaint with employment laws and HR practice
  • Ability to build strong employee relations, attention to details, and communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Work comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
  • Meticulous and attention to detail
  • Bilingual in English and Korean preferred, proficiency in Spanish is a plus
