Your role at Clorox:
This position is responsible for leading the Company's planning processes including IR outlook, quarterly / annual forecast and long-range planning processes. It is also responsible for the quarterly close process, providing business insights, analytics, and internal management reporting requirements. This position will have one direct report.

–Zone A: $104,100 - $199,100
–Zone B: $95,500 - $183,300
–Zone C: $86,800 - $166,600

Your role at Clorox:
This position is responsible for leading the Company's planning processes including IR outlook, quarterly / annual forecast and long-range planning processes. It is also responsible for the quarterly close process, providing business insights, analytics, and internal management reporting requirements. This position will have one direct report.
In this role, you will:
- Lead of the quarterly and annual forecast P&L process, business insights and reporting requirements. Owner of Board of Directors, CEC and CFO forecast reporting. Support any ad hoc requests, as needed (35%)
- Lead quarterly close process and requirements, including consolidation, analysis, and reporting requirements for internal management, Investor Relations, Corporate Communications and SEC Reporting (35%)
- People management: Will manage 1 direct report (10%)
- Own controls for total company reporting, review controls documentation to ensure compliance and partner with FRC to manage risk controls matrix. (10%)
- Continuous Improvement identification, recommendation and implementation for areas of responsibilities. Support functional initiatives as needed (10%)
- 5+ years of Finance or Accounting experience
- US GAAP knowledge (solid accounting skills)
- Strong leadership and influencing skills; self-starter that can work independently and has ability to take ownership of issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Strong Planning and Organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize.
- Solid interpersonal and collaboration with ability to communicate with and coordinate with diverse set of peers, customers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to organize a significant amount of data, gain insights from the data and vary key messages to various stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of forecast and close processes and understanding of financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
- Ability to identify and implement ways to streamline and improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Anaplan knowledge preferred
- Familiarity with Anaplan, Essbase, and HFM is preferred
- Familiarity or desire to learn Power BI and Azure is preferred
- Solid Understanding of U.S. GAAP
