Responsibilities:

• Complete service tickets and log all assigned work orders accurately and in a timely matter.
• Interact with management personnel in a professional and courteous manner by addressing their maintenance requests promptly and effectively.
• Maintain and repair building fixtures in the warehouse or office areas, this includes repairing/replacing locks, windows, blinds, interior, exterior, and roll up doors.
• Resolving plumbing issues, this includes leaks and clogged drains.
• Resolving electrical issues, this includes changing light bulbs, switches, and fuses.
• Carpentry work, this includes painting, drywall repairs, replacing tiles, repairing floor with epoxy or concrete.
• Mark lines on the warehouse floor
• Set up furniture e.g. office chairs and desks
  
  

Qualifications

• Skilled in various types of maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, etc.
• Knowledge of methods, practices and materials used for maintenance and repair work of buildings.
• Ability to use various tools used in building maintenance and repair work.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, adjust the body to bend, push, pull, stretch, stoop, squat, climb ladders, walk and sit for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented and capable of performing basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Highschool diploma or G.E.D required.
• Computer and Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
