Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals
• Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for technical and business positions; meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong passion and knowledge of crypto, blockchain, technology, and sales positions
• Naturally curious and eager to meet new potential team members
  
  
  

Prefers (Nice to have)

• Relevant experience in start-ups
• Experiences with CRM software including the configuration, and development of dashboards and reports
• Strong network in the crypto and blockchain industry
• Experience recruiting in the crypto & blockchain space
