- Processing orders, including collecting shipping information.
- Providing information regarding availability and order status.
- Using computer systems and scanners to manage orders.
- Tracking inventory to ensure all orders are shipped in a timely manner.
- Providing excellent customer service via email.
- Working with Warehouse Supervisors and Warehouse Associates.
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of logistics related experience.
- Have experience with ecommerce warehouse management software.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have great attention to detail skills.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin/Cantonese.
