The ideal candidate will assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries or surgeries. **Responsibilities:**
- Assist in patient evaluations and treatment sessions
- Monitor patient progress and report to the supervising therapist
- Educate patients on exercises and rehabilitation techniques
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean therapy environment
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting
- Current California PTA license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
