Digital Marketing Designer - Remote

**Job Summary**

We're excited to welcome a talented Digital Marketing Designer to our team! In this role, you'll be the creative force behind our email campaigns, websites, social media, and other marketing channels. You'll bring your expertise in graphic design and product marketing strategies to life through engaging videos, print ads, flyers, and conference banners. We're looking for someone with 6-10 years of experience in a corporate setting who can blend design excellence with strategic marketing insights.

**Essential Duties**

**Graphic Design**

• Craft outstanding graphic designs for emails, social media, websites, and various print materials as requested by our team.
• Develop social media posts for marketing and for-sale products.
  
  

**Video Creation and Production**

• Produce instructional videos for customers, marketing campaigns, product launches, and other purposes.
  
  

**Systems Support**

• Oversee the design process, allocate resources, and monitor progress throughout the design cycle.
• Manage costs and timelines effectively.
• Organize and store files according to technical specifications and departmental procedures.
  
  

**Other Duties & Responsibilities**

• Collaborate as a key team player.
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest design trends.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking, proactivity, flexibility, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Work harmoniously with team members, project managers, and stakeholders on project details.

**Education & Experience**

• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in graphic design.
• Extensive knowledge of graphic design, digital marketing, and file management.
• Proficiency in design systems, photography, typography, web and email design.
• Full understanding of pre-press production for digital and print materials.
• Familiarity with the Christian Church is a bonus.
