- Greeting and scheduling walk-in patients.
- Answering inbound calls.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Receiving and distributing incoming mails and packages.
- Obtaining insurance authorizations.
- Assisting with other front desk duties.
- Bilingual - Spanish.
- Minimum of 2 years of receptionist experience in a medical office setting.
- Strong computer skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge in medical terminology.
