Office Admin Clerk (Receptionist, Floater)

Craft Massachusetts is seeking a temporary full time Office Clerk to work on-site in Everett, MA Monday through Friday. The position will report to the Accounting Manager and pays between $20.00 - $21.00/hour. The position is budgeted through March 31, 2025.

What You Will Be Doing

• Process supplier invoices against orders received in VIP
• Submit inventory or cost variance reports to the appropriate managers when needed
• Process both internal and third-party freight invoices against orders received in VIP
• Reach out to suppliers for missing invoices and corrections when needed
• Reconcile retailer invoices daily and run register
• Upload general accounts payable invoices to Nexus and submit to the appropriate department
• Scan retailer invoices and supplier PO paperwork into Edgar
• Assist with other office functions as needed
  
  

Requirements / Preferences

• A/P experience, preferred
• High School diploma required
• Accounting / Bookkeeping certification, degree preferred
• Experience with data entry
• Must be available to work on-site Monday through Friday
  
  

Physical Demands

• Visual, audio, and manual dexterity for reading, listening, speaking, and data entry / typing.
