We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the operational and financial aspects of our property portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the business owner and provide leadership to property management staff, ensuring that all functions, from rent collection to maintenance, are executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of administrative tasks, leasing activities, and maintenance operations for the property portfolio.
- Oversee property inventory management to ensure optimal performance and utilization.
- Address and resolve daily property-related issues in collaboration with residents.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with property owners, enhancing communication and partnership.
- Supervise and support property management staff, ensuring effective teamwork and performance.
- Exceptional detail orientation coupled with robust communication skills.
- Proficiency in property management software, particularly AppFolio.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities to address and resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to cultivate positive relationships with both property owners and residents.
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in the property management field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a property manager position.
- Must possess a California real estate license or be willing to obtain one within 6 months.
