Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Channel Marketing Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Channel Sales for the Americas. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about channel marketing and possesses a robust background in partner programs and strategies that bolster channel expansion. A strong history of collaboration with distribution partners, direct market resellers, and system integrators is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the MDF (Market Development Fund) budget, ensuring accurate tracking and allocation.
  • Evaluate and authorize marketing spend requests that align with strategic objectives.
  • Approve and input marketing programs into the system for effective implementation.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders, channel account managers, channel operations, and regional marketing teams to enhance partner loyalty and drive sales growth.
  • Plan and orchestrate partner events, including conferences and webinars.
  • Act as the primary liaison for partner marketing inquiries, providing prompt support.
  • Monitor and report on the success of partner marketing activities to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Represent the company at key channel partner events to ensure alignment and engagement with partner goals.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced education in marketing or related fields is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in channel marketing or communications.
  • Expertise in digital marketing with strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Proficient in presentations and knowledgeable in partner and distribution marketing.
  • Prior sales experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, analytical thinker with the capacity to define, drive, and deliver key objectives.
  • Capable of creating and presenting impactful, field-facing content.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Compensation And Benefits

The compensation for this position will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Eligible employees may participate in our Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, and depending on the role, may also have access to our Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which includes restricted stock units or cash equivalents.
