Position Overview

Join our rapidly expanding organization as a Business Consultant specializing in Business Development Sales. We are on the lookout for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual who is committed to fostering the success of small business owners through our extensive consulting services, including business plan writing and grant writing. This role allows you to work remotely while being an integral part of a supportive and growth-oriented team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage prospective clients through networking, phone calls, and virtual meetings to advocate for our consulting services.
  • Convert leads into satisfied clients, ensuring they are well-informed about our offerings and prepared to proceed with our services.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales and enrollment objectives while cultivating strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct workshops, presentations, and consultations primarily using Zoom to educate clients about our services.
  • Provide guidance and consultation that empowers clients to fully appreciate the value of our services and make informed decisions.
  • Keep precise records of all interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Manage both outbound and inbound sales calls while effectively nurturing customer relationships.
  • Complete sales contracts and associated documentation with accuracy.
  • Meet performance benchmarks, including daily call volumes, scheduled appointments, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with a cohesive team to achieve both individual and organizational goals.
  • Adapt your schedule to accommodate evening, weekend, or in-person engagements as required.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong active listening, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Capability to clearly and engagingly educate clients on our products and services.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of recent sales experience, particularly focused on telephone sales with demonstrable success.
  • Willingness to obtain a Life & Health Producer License within 30 days of hire, if not already certified.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in time management and the ability to work independently from a home office.
  • A passion for aiding businesses in their success and a strong motivation to achieve sales targets.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $30.00 per hour with additional bonus commissions available.
  • Work Schedule: Flexible hours, ranging from part-time to full-time (20-40 hours per week), with opportunities for evening or weekend work.
