Job Overview

We are looking for a committed Project Manager to enhance our Manufacturing & Supply Chain division. This remote position combines strategic oversight of tool crib operations with hands-on involvement on the shop floor, where you will guide the crib team in executing crucial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the operations of the tool crib, ensuring optimal storage utilization for parts and materials.
  • Lead the crib team in their daily responsibilities and tasks.
  • Analyze operational data and create reports to drive informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and management across various levels, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Engage professionally with suppliers and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication.
  • Prioritize and oversee multiple projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Operate a forklift as needed (certification required).

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level), including functions such as VLOOKUP and template creation.
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint for effective presentations.
  • Strong spelling and grammar skills, alongside excellent typing capabilities.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Self-motivated with robust decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional note-taking abilities during meetings.
  • Capability to work productively with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Highly organized with effective task prioritization skills.
  • Basic familiarity with warehouse or industrial supply chain operations.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of supervisory or management experience in a warehouse or industrial setting (internships will be considered).
