Summary
The Senior Recruiter - Physician Recruiting supports Memorial Healthcare System’s (MHS) mission, vision and values through sourcing and selection activities that source, select, and hire top leadership talent. Supports the Physician and Provider Recruitment leadership by providing coaching, training, and support to recruitment team assigned. Provides recruitment strategy support to MHS Physician and Advanced Practice Provider (APP) leaders while performing full life-cycle recruitment in assigned area. Partners with Physician and Provider Recruitment leadership to provide strategic physician and provider recruitment solutions for the enterprise by influencing, leading, and supervising day to day operations. Supports the Memorial culture by providing the Memorial Experience.
Responsibilities
Collaborates with Physician Leadership and Business Managers to develop, lead and execute sourcing strategies that effectively generate top Physician and Provider talent leads for Physician/Provider disciplines and specialties assigned.Supports the Physician and Provider Recruitment leaders in operational execution, event management, the candidate experience and performance management in order to achieve weekly, monthly and annual goals.In partnership with the Physician Enterprise Business Office, Physician leaders and managers, supports compensation/offer discussions by extracting and compiling data to create competitive job offer(s) for non-contracted Physicians and Providers.Provides guidance to the Physician and Provider Recruitment Team, physician leaders and hiring managers during selection process to ensure consistent practices and compliance with employment law.Monitors and analyzes sourcing, hiring, selection and onboarding trends to identify opportunities for improvement.Maintains the Memorial Experience to all applicants, candidates, hiring managers and team members as measured by various customer experience surveys.Provides expertise, guidance, and supervision for all pre-boarding activities such as credentialing, criminal background checks, referencing, and other job requirements and responsibilities.
