About the Role: Were on the hunt for a dynamic Paralegal to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role, you'll take ownership of providing technical assistance to internal customers who have high-level network and systems requests, utilizing your expertise in landlord/tenant litigation and corporate and real estate transactions. Your Mission
Provide technical assistance to internal customers with high-level network and systems requests.
Manage daily operations and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Maintain exceptional quality throughout the construction process.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the W-2 roofing crew, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to promote skill development and team cohesion.
Plan, organize, and oversee roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other trade contractors to clarify project requirements and expectations.
Conduct regular inspections of work in progress to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Address any issues or defects promptly to maintain project integrity.
Enforce strict safety protocols on-site, ensuring all crew members use appropriate safety equipment and follow guidelines.
Maintain open lines of communication with crew members, management, and stakeholders to ensure project updates and concerns are addressed timely.
Prepare and submit daily reports on project status, including labor, materials, and any challenges encountered.
Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction, coordinating with relevant parties as necessary.
Implement solutions to minimize delays and maintain project momentum.

What You Bring
5-7 years of experience in the legal field.
Experience With Landlord/tenant Litigation Is Highly Preferred.
Experience with transactional corporate and real estate is also preferred.
Ability to handle different personalities and work with multiple partners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Committed, task-oriented, and organized.
Willingness to take on and learn new tasks.
Ability to read, understand, and coordinate blueprints and project specifications.
Proficiency in design software and diagnostic tools.
