Manufacturing Project Manager

Key Traits: Able to have influence without authority + Agility - experience with either Start Up organization or one who scaled and established structure, processes, etc.

• Ideal Candidate will be passionate about leading cross-functional teams, have experience with end-to-end project management, and enjoy the challenge of delivering successful outcomes, have a proven track record of managing complex projects and building strong client relationships!
• Will guide projects through their entire lifecycle, collaborating with internal teams such as design, manufacturing, and construction to bring ideas to life.
• Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring that all milestones are met while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Responsible for developing project strategies and roadmaps, clearly defining roles and responsibilities, setting goals and financial targets, and establishing protocols for decision-making and reporting.
• Mentor assistant project managers, helping to build the next generation of project management talent. Will serve as the key liaison between all internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination and timely execution.
• Track project progress, manage budgets, and support procurement and design efforts, while also overseeing permit acquisition and logistics implementation.
• Work closely with clients as their primary point of contact once the preconstruction contract is in place, including facilitating contract development, managing scope and change orders, and ensuring that projects meet client expectations.
