Job Overview

Something Fishy is a prominent leader in the design, installation, and management of aquatic exhibits in the New England region. With a diverse portfolio of esteemed clients, including Yale New Haven Health, Google, Mystic Aquarium, The State of CT, Shark Ninja, and The Massachusetts Audubon, we are on the lookout for a dedicated Service Aquarist in the greater Boston area. This role is pivotal in supporting our brand identity through energetic and visually engaging aquatic services.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle to travel to various client locations
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of aquarium exhibits
• Undertake general aquatic husbandry tasks
• Manage life support systems (LSS) maintenance
• Facilitate the installation of LSS equipment and PVC plumbing
• Build and maintain strong customer relations
• Participate in a rotating emergency call schedule

Compensation And Benefits

This full-time position guarantees a minimum of 40 hours per week, with starting pay at \(18/hr. Within 12-18 months, based on experience and performance, the salary can range from \)37,000 to $55,000. Additional compensation includes bonuses and opportunities for profit sharing.
