Healthrise is a leading revenue cycle and clinical consulting firm specializing in providing innovative solutions, navigating constant change, and driving strategic growth for healthcare organizations. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Creator to join our team.

Position Summary

The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for creating visually engaging digital assets that support marketing campaigns and enhance brand visibility. This role is vital for producing impactful visuals that drive engagement and support overall marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging and high-quality digital content for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email newsletters, website banners, and advertisements.
• Ensure all designs and content align with the brand’s visual identity and guidelines.
• Write compelling copy for digital marketing materials, including emails, ads, and website copy.
• Develop and manage content on WordPress, including blog posts, landing pages, and site updates.
• Revise designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on design trends and digital marketing best practices to inform design decisions.
• Execute email campaigns and monitor the performance of design assets and make recommendations for improvements based on analytics and A/B testing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
• Organize and maintain a library of digital assets for easy access and reference.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to understand campaign goals and develop corresponding visual content.
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in digital design, content creation, and copywriting.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
  
  

The estimated base salary range for this job is $50,000-$70,000.?The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Healthrise reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, and market changes.
