Key Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on laboratory training to enhance students’ practical skills and confidence in executing dental procedures.
• Supervise and guide students during clinical rotations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and professional standards.
• Evaluate student performance through exams, assignments, and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback to facilitate their growth.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in the dental field, integrating current industry trends into the curriculum.
• Create and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and fosters critical thinking.
• Mentor students by offering career guidance and effective study techniques throughout their educational journey.
